Strict No-Cancellation Policy
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our team begins packing and processing your order within hours of purchase. Once an order enters our system, it is immediately handed over to our shipping partners and cannot be intercepted.

If you wish to return your order, you must first receive the package and then follow our Return Process to send it back to our facility.

Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products (including patches, rollers, and wipes) are strictly non-returnable.
  • Proof of purchase and, if the product is defective, clear photo or video evidence is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $19.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Restocking & Processing Fees

  • All approved refunds are subject to a processing/restocking fee of 10% of the total order value or $20.00 (whichever is higher). This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs and warehouse handling.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
  • We will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect is not covered.

Delivery Issues

  • If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we consider the order fulfilled. No refunds will be issued.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

60-Day Trial & Bundle Policy

  • Unopened Items Only: Our 60-day money-back guarantee is only valid for products that remain unopened and unused.
  • Bundle Integrity: We specialize in selling professional skincare bundles, not individual units. Therefore, if even one item within a bundle or a "2-pack" set has been opened, the entire bundle is considered "used" and is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. To qualify for a return, the bundle must be returned in its entirety with all original seals intact.

Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

Please note that our subscription program carries a minimum commitment of 2 billing cycles (Initial Order + First Renewal).

Can I return a subscription renewal?
Yes. If your second mandatory order has already been processed and you wish to return it, you may do so under our standard return conditions (item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging). Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued minus shipping and handling fees.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription via your customer portal at any time after your second payment has been successfully processed. Charges that have already been processed for the mandatory second cycle are non-refundable unless the item is returned to us.
